Delivery Policy

All GTA CREB orders are 100% digital. There is no physical shipping β your code is delivered electronically to the email on your order and stored in your secure account dashboard.
1. Pre-order reservations
Placing a pre-order reserves a digital code at today's price. Codes are not generated or assigned until the official launch window opens. Until that point, your order status reads Scheduled in your dashboard.
2. Launch-day delivery
- β’ Codes are released at 00:00 local time on the official launch date for your billing region.
- β’ Pre-order customers are processed in queue order β first in, first out β and always before walk-in buyers.
- β’ Your code arrives by email and is also visible inside your account dashboard under "Orders".
- β’ A second email containing redemption instructions is sent immediately after the code.
3. Instant delivery (post-launch)
Once the game has officially released, orders placed on the site move to instant delivery. You'll receive your code within minutes of a successful payment β typically under 5 minutes. Occasionally, large traffic spikes or a manual fraud review can extend this to a few hours.
4. Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide, with the following exceptions:
- β’ Countries subject to comprehensive trade sanctions.
- β’ Regions where the platform holder restricts code activation.
Each code is region-matched to your billing country so it activates cleanly on your console. Please make sure your billing country matches the region of your console account at checkout β codes are tied to the region you select and cannot be exchanged after delivery.
5. Supported platforms
We currently deliver codes for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. We will not advertise or promise any platform that the publisher has not announced.
6. What to do if your code is late
If your code hasn't arrived within 30 minutes of the launch window opening for your region:
- β’ Check your spam, promotions, and "All Mail" folders.
- β’ Verify the email on your order is correct (you can update it in account settings).
- β’ Open a support ticket from your account dashboard.
Our team monitors launch in real time. If we cannot resolve a missing delivery within 60 minutes of contact, you are entitled to a full refund per our Refund Policy.
7. Redemption
To redeem your code, sign in to your console account, open the platform store, and enter the 25-character code under "Redeem code". Codes are single-use and tied to the redeeming account. We cannot reverse a redemption.
8. Order tracking
Every order has a public tracking page accessible from your confirmation email or by signing in. You'll see the current status (Pending, Paid, Scheduled, Delivered, Refunded), the delivery window, and a full event timeline.
