Refund Policy

Every pre-order is backed by our 100% money-back guarantee. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long they take.

1. Pre-launch cancellations

You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund β€” no questions asked at any point before your digital code has been delivered. Cancellations submitted before delivery are approved automatically and queued for refund within 24 hours.

2. Post-delivery refunds

Because digital codes are unique and cannot be recovered once revealed, refunds after delivery are limited to the following cases:

  • β€’ The code is invalid, expired, or fails to activate on the intended platform.
  • β€’ The wrong edition or platform was delivered due to our error.
  • β€’ Duplicate charges for the same order.
  • β€’ Fraudulent or unauthorised purchases (after identity verification).

In each of these cases we will, at your choice, either replace the code immediately or issue a full refund.

3. Statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By choosing to redeem the digital code before the 14-day period expires, you expressly waive that right with respect to the redeemed code, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

4. How to request a refund

  • β€’ Email refunds@gtacreb.com from the address on your order, including your order number.
  • β€’ Or open a support ticket from your account dashboard.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank β€” we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.

5. Processing times

  • β€’ Approval decision: within 24 hours on business days.
  • β€’ Refund issued to the original payment method.
  • β€’ Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • β€’ Wallets and instant payment methods are usually refunded within 1–3 business days.

Refunds are always issued in the original currency to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, we'll arrange an alternative after verifying your identity.

6. Chargebacks

If you don't recognise a charge, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback without contacting us slows your refund and may temporarily lock your account until the dispute is closed. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure.

7. Promotional credit & store credit

Refunds against orders that used promotional discounts are issued for the net amount paid. Store credit, if any was applied, is returned to your account balance and remains valid for 12 months.
