Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GTA CREB website and any pre-order, account, or related services we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1. About us

GTA CREB is an independent online retailer of digital game codes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or Microsoft. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. The game offered is rated Mature 17+; you are responsible for ensuring the product is appropriate for the end user. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that the payment method you use belongs to you, and that you are not located in a country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gtacreb.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Pre-orders, pricing & taxes

• • A pre-order reserves a digital game code to be delivered on the official launch date for your edition.
• • Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and are locked at the moment of purchase. If the retail price increases later, you pay nothing extra.
• • Where required, applicable taxes and duties are calculated based on your billing country and added at checkout or on the invoice.
• • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order in which the price, product description, or stock status was published in error.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by independent, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information you authorise the selected provider to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes. We do not store your full card number; the provider returns only a payment reference, status, last four digits, and card brand. If your bank declines a charge, the order is voided and you are not enrolled in any subscription.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@gtacreb.com. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure and recovery action.

6. Delivery

All products are 100% digital. Codes are delivered electronically to the email address on your order — see our Delivery Policy for timing, regions, and what to do if something goes wrong.

7. Refunds & cancellations

Cancel any pre-order for a full refund before the code is delivered. Post-delivery refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights (including any 14-day EU withdrawal right where applicable) are preserved.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell or commercially redistribute codes purchased through the Service; (b) use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion; (c) interfere with security or rate limits; (d) scrape, mirror, or copy the site at scale; (e) post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; or (f) impersonate another person.

9. Intellectual property

All site content — text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is owned by GTA CREB or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Third-party trademarks

"Grand Theft Auto", "GTA", "Rockstar Games", "PlayStation", "Xbox", and related logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Use on this site is purely descriptive to identify the products on offer.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GTA CREB harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@gtacreb.com.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights in your country of residence, those rights apply. Before starting any formal proceeding, contact us at legal@gtacreb.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
